update network link is not working

I have updated WP multisite 3.0.4 to 3.4.1 mannualy. Its updated successfully but at top it showing me message “Thank you for Updating! Please visit the Update Network page to update all your sites.”

It seems network site still not updated and also I am not able to access
http://domain.com/wp-admin/network/sites.php and all other links related to network but I am able to access individual sites.

Anybody have any idea or suggestion…
