I received the notice this morning about the update to v4.7. However, when I try to install the update, either from the plugin list or from the Envato Market plugin, I receive the following error: “Update failed: Update package not available.”

If I go to ww.wp.xz.cn and look for the plugin, it appears that the most current version can be downloaded.

I also have this issue, update package not available, when updating the Pro version from within WordPress backend. I can’t submit a ticket since my support period ended even though my plugin subscription is still good.

Seeing a similar issue… “Update failed: The package could not be installed.”
I’m activated in the area you indicated, but updates fail.
