Update Not Showing Counts

    Ever since updating to Notification v9.0, the update count does not work. There are no errors when I turn on WP_DEBUG and deactivating other plugins does not fix the issue either. I also tried recreating the Updates Available trigger from scratch and get the same results. When Updates Available is triggered, the email that is sent shows:

    There are 0 updates available on SA Dev site:
    No updates available.
    Core: 0
    Plugin: 0
    Theme: 0

    I can see that there are at least 5 plugins needing updates. Are there any other settings that I need to update with the newer version? Are there any known conflicts with Updates Available running?
