Update not showing gravity forms

I just updated the custom sidebars plugin and now forms from the gravity forms widget are no longer displaying. How do I revert back to the earlier version of the plugin?

You can download previous version here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/custom-sidebars/developers/
then using your FTP account (or file manager in cPanel) remove new plugin and replace it with older version.
Can you check if there are any errors in browser console on pages where forms are not displaying?
