Update not working

    Hi,
    The latest update doesn’t work for me across multiple sites – it just gets stuck in maintenance mode.
    When I click on “View version 2.6.1 details.” from wp-admin/update-core.php , the popup just comes up blank.

    I have been able to install other plugins without any issues since.

    This is unlikely to be an issue with the plugin itself, and is more likely to be either a server issue or a ww.wp.xz.cn issue. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.

    Thanks for your reply.
    Would that mean that all my settings will be lost (if I uninstall the plugin)?

    Thanks for your help.
    I tried your suggestion, and did get it to update, however there was some strange behaviour:
    When I selected the plugin, and then ‘delete’, then apply, Then okay from the confirmation dialog, nothing appears to happen – and the plugin is not deleted. However, once I went through this stage, the update plugin links all worked!
