Can you tell me which browser/OS combination you are using?
Can you also try to clear you cache completely and test again?

I just tested on my Mac & PC across all browsers and seems to be working fine (!)
Let me know re the above, I’m hoping its just a caching issue :/

Did you clear your cache properly?
I realised that the built in WP cache busting does not work on the popup so assuming it is this, I also tested on the setup you described and it seems to work fine… :/
