Hi
I use the Kale free theme.

On the front page I would like the most recently post to show. But only the post from selected categories. That means – I do not want updates from selected categories to show up on the front page. Is that possible to do? How do I do that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

WordPress on its own doesn’t offer such functionality. However, as usual, there are plugins that should allow what you want.

If none of these help, you can try to find something usable in the ww.wp.xz.cn plugins repository.
