update order detail manually

    I want to update the order details manually after customer placed the order, such as delivery address (shipping_devliery) or remarks (billing_remarks).

    I can edit and update it successfully in the Woocommerce order details. However, when I export the order list in excel, the order details content didn’t update, please advise the solotuion.

    Hey there!

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    I found that the problem is because of exporting the wrong order field.
    Can you please advise the different between
    1. _Billing_date
    2. Billing_date

    I found that there are two set of billing date in each order.

    Can you give details on where you are exporting this and if you are using a plugin to do so?
    Additionally, can you provide the site status report that was requested?
