Update plugins via FTP

    I’m updating the plugin, but when I run it from the dashboard, WordPress goes into “maintenance mode”.
    I want to avoid maintenance mode, so I’m going to manually update by uploading the file via FTP.

    Here are the steps

    1. Deactivate the plugin.
    2. Delete the plugin files.
    3. Uploadi the new version plugin files.
    4. Activate the plugin.

    In this case, will the “previous setting information” be inherited normally?
