Update Pro theme / customize mode not working

    Hi
    I purchased ‘Pure & Simple ProVersion: 1.3.2’ and one year after, the subscription to new updates ends. Now I have 1.3.2 Pro version and I can not update. How should I do to update my Pro version? I see in .ww.wp.xz.cn that last version to update is 3.0.2. But I suppose this is a basic version of the theme worst and with less functionallity that Pro version.
    I have problems with the customize mode (in appearance tab) in the theme, graphic interface is not loading and I cannot modify design graphically. I don’t know if the reason is that my theme is not updated to the latest version or why. I want to modify design and I cannot in the same way what I did the fist time.
    I appreciate some ideas or solutions.

    Hi Mamba,

    We had already come up to version 3.0.3, please updated to latest version and check if still you are facing the customizer issue.
