    I have Newsletter 5.8.0 installed.

    1) Installing the updates give error as in the screenshot: https://www.consultingroupitaly.com/screen/newsletter-error.png

    2) Viewing the changelog display an error page with http status code 500.
The changelogs are at the following urls:
    /wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=plugin-information&plugin=newsletter-extensions&section=changelog&TB_iframe=true&width=640&height=662
    /wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=plugin-information&plugin=newsletter-wpusers&section=changelog&TB_iframe=true&width=640&height=662

I have other plugins that aren’t on the official WordPress site but they display changelog and update properly.

  • Yes (I’m not sure if you’re asking me, but I have the latest version installed: 5.8.4)

Hi, we’ve identified the problem. Set a fake license number on newsletter main panel.

    Then it should work.

    We’re fixing it.

    Stefano.

Do you have a format for the fake license number? If I fill in something random, I get an error.

don’t worry if the license is not validated, try to update the extension anyway.
