Update Quantity Broken

    When I add an item to my cart and go to the checkout page, then try to update quantity, the quantity will not update and the price will not change. I’ve narrowed the problem down to this plugin (the problem goes away when I deactivate it). I haven’t messed with any code, and I only have two rules, both related to quantity. Please advise on how to fix this.
