• I have problem updating pot by csv. I have a csv file for all quiz pot. If I add new question in file and update the pot by csv I see create two pots with same name, same question but different ID plot.

    The problem is the same of this post.

    Hi – I believe this is expected behaviour.

    We have a new version of the plugin which can be found here:
    https://github.com/alexfurr/quiz-tool-lite

    This has improved export and import.
    I’d suggest trying this out on something that isn’t your live server yet

    The new version doesn’t find the old pot…
    Also, import function doesn’t work

    The export and import process uses a different template, so you’d have to export from the new version before you can import it back in.
    There should have been a prompt to upgrade which copies your existing questions from old to new. Did you get that prompt?

    No, the export file is created when you use the export function, so when it’s working use that.
    Can you try deactivating and then deactivating the new version, rather than upgrading.

    I try deactivating and then deactivating but I don’t see any prompt.
    Also, even if I try to insert a new question pot in backend it’s impossible to insert multiple response. The “Add response Option” doesn’t work.

    I create a test quiz, but any question appears. (see link).

    Last, it’s too slow. My website is slowed down after installing the new version.
