Update Remove Memphis Doc

    Good Afternoon,

    I tried to update Memphis Docs and I get an error that Memphis Docs couldn’t be updated because it couldn’t remove the old plugin. Then Memphis Docs disappeared from my plugin list. Now I can’t reinstall Memphis Docs because the “Destination Folder Already Exist”. What should be my next step?

    delete the folder manually using FTP, and the manually upload the new version. This is not an mDocs issue.

    I would also look at your current WordPress installation something doesn’t sound right. mDocs should install just like any other plugin it is using the same methodology.
