    UPDATE STATUS BUTTON showing on result of [tracking-form],how can i remove this as i wouldnt want update of status to be done by customers ,,should only be admin right,,if this is possible then i can go on to upgrading to premium,need to be certain this really works

    Hi Roland,

    Are you logged in to WordPress when you’re visiting the tracking page? The ability to update the status from the front end will be there if you’re logged in to WordPress, either with an admin account or the account associated with the customer or sales rep assigned to that order.

    If you log out and revisit the page, or open it in a private window, is that update form gone?
