Hello Kasia,
im using hustle with mailchimp.

Hi @diejei
I hope you’re well today
The MailChimp itself should nicely take care of that. If you got multiple opt-ins you can assign different tags to them.
Then, in “Integrations -> Integrations Behavior” section of opt-in settings, make sure to “Allow Submissions” for “Allow already subscribed user to submit the form” and once such user submits the form, MailChimp will update them on their end.
Best regards,
Adam

Hi @diejei
I’m afraid you’re right!
I talked to one of our Hustle developers and we tested this again. Unfortunately, I can confirm that it’s not really working as expected, though I’m not sure why yet – whether it’s related to Hustle directly or it’s more of MailChimp issue.
I’ve asked our developers to take a closer look at that to see if/how this could be solved/improved so those tags would get properly applied.
The’ll check it and me or one of my colleagues we’ll update you here once we get to know more.
I apologize for the trouble and for misinformation!
Kind regards,
Adam
