Update Text Field on Variation Selected

I am sure this is a simple question. How do I create a text field and update its value based on the variation selected? For instance if the product variation is “size” and the values are [small, medium, large] when the user selects “small” I’d like to update a text field with the perimeter of that product size. Great work on this plugin by the way.
