Update thermometer from other forms

    Hello. I’ve created a form for a specific donation campaign (form A). The form is attached to a fund and we have a landing page for this campaign.

    We also have a generic donation form (form B), which offers the above fund as an option. We have had people donate to this particular fund via the generic donation form (form B), but the thermometer on the campaign landing page (from form A) is not updating.

    Is there a way to connect the two or fix this so if they donate to a particular fund (regardless of which form they use) any thermometer that is connected to that fund increases? Thanks so much!

    Happy to clarify.

    Currently, the goal is tracked based on the donations made to that specific form regardless of the fund they were assigned to.

    There’s an open feature request to track the goal at the fund level. You can add your vote and/or comment here: https://feedback.givewp.com/feature-requests/p/goals-for-funds

    Our feedback site is designed to be the single source for all updates on particular issues. If any movement has happened, it will be displayed there for both the public and our team internally.

    If specific feedback only has a handful of votes, that influences the priority we place on it. The more votes, the faster things get worked on!
