Update to 3.0.5 problems

    Hi,

    I’m a newbie to WordPress and don’t really know what I’m doing yet so go easy on me!

    I just updated to 3.0.5 and it seems the update has broken a couple of things. The main one being that I can no longer access the admin of my site, I just get a broken link.

    My site is still live but with very the theme that I had installed has disappeared.

    Any advice as to how I can fix this?

    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. You may need to access /wp-login.php to get this to kick in fully.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    I have received the following message 3.05

    and have no idea where I need to go to fix it need help soon please
