"Update to Match" Doesn't Seem to Function

I personally updated an article on blog1 that feedwordpress had already syndicated to blog2. I waited a long while for the change to show up on blog2, but it never did. I double checked, and this setting `Updated posts:
When this feed includes updated content for a post that was already syndicated, should the syndicated copy of the post be updated to match the revised version?is indeed set toupdate to match`.

Now, I’ve gone so far as to double-check the feed itself, and, sure enough, the change is reflected in the feed. Further, when I manually update feedwordpress, it simply says “O new posts were syndicated.” No mention at all about any updated posts.

Is this on the feedwordpress/blog2 side, or is blog1 somehow not set up correctly to report when an article has been updated?
