Update to support Bitly API changes

    Hi there,
    You may be aware that Bitly are changing the way their APIs work. All of the existing v3 APIs will stop working at the end of March. Are you releasing an update to solve this?

    I’ve already taken steps to remove Bit.ly from the supported URL shorteners in WP to Twitter – you’re most likely only seeing it because you’re currently using it.

    If somebody else writes a plug-in that handles URL shortening with the v4 Bit.ly API, I’ll happily support that – WP to Twitter’s URL shortening is easily able to support plugins that handle URL shortening. However, I do not plan on adding support for this rewrite myself.
