    Hi, when I went to update the Beaverbuilder plugin, it completely crashed my WordPress site. The errors generated are:

    [21-Aug-2022 20:10:43 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/vbihne0bluq4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/beaver-builder-lite-version/includes/compatibility.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php72/usr/share/pear’) in /home/vbihne0bluq4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/beaver-builder-lite-version/classes/class-fl-builder-loader.php on line 127`

    {lease advise, thanks!

    Hi @mhjp sorry to hear you are having trouble updating. That error suggests that there was a problem during the update process. Possibly a server glitch or limitation that prevented the update process from completing successfully.

    Do you have access to your site at all? And the WP Admin?

    If so, does Beaver Builder appear in your plugins list?

    If it doesn’t, what happens if you try to re-install it?

    Lastly, who is your webhost?

    Thanks Jamie,

    I deleted the plugin and reinstalled. All is running fine now. Thanks.

    FYI, we’re on GoDaddy.
