  • I second that – could not log into wp-admin and my cart stopped working. I had auto updates and it was just lucky I was there right when in happened.

@houcatdad, @dekadinious our sincere apologies for any hassle. Please check out this resolved issue that was addressed right away after rollout: https://github.com/mailchimp/mc-woocommerce/issues/371.

If you have any follow up questions we’re happy to help. Please post any new issues in GitHub, as this forum is not typically monitored.

Randomly 2.1.14 stopped syncing. Tried everything possible that I read through various posts on the net/forums etc related to the API error. Only solution was to revert back to 2.1.11, which works fine.

Tried 2.1.12, 2.1.13, 2.1.14 and the latest update of 2.1.15 – even with a proper deactivate/delete, and no luck. cURL test via SSH works fine, too, and has no issues with the MC API. But kept getting curl error 28 on every other version bar 2.1.11.

Hi @kingyyyy, we just wanted to check back with you to see if this was still a problem with the latest version of the plugin (2.1.16). Please let us know when you get a moment, we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot further if necessary.

@kingyyyy if you could please update to version 2.3, that should solve this issue if you’re still facing that problem. We just released that today. Marking as closed but feel free to respond if you still needed help.

Issue was resolved in the next update after 2.1.14. Thank you! 🙂

Only waiting for that “pending order” bug to be sorted now, as many potential customers aren’t getting the automated email due to pending orders being classed as purchases.

Just one more thing: The scheduled tasks, do the completed ones get trashed automatically after some time? Don’t want them bloating the database.

@kingyyyy glad to hear about the issue that was fixed – but yes we’ve got something scheduled for 2.3.1 to roll out sometime soon – we just need to work through a few kinks to make sure that the statuses are accurate for everyone. That is on our radar for the next release so stay tuned.

The Action Scheduler has some documentation on that subject here if you can scroll down to the part about “Housekeeping” – https://actionscheduler.org/ but the short answer is YES it does clean things up automatically.

    Thanks for reaching back out!
