Updates do not appear in Chrome

I can see updates in Firefox, Opera, Safari, and IE. I even see it in Chrome but only on my workstation. I checked my google plugins, I have one which has been there awhile – ad blocker.

I recently migrated from Bluehost to SiteGround. Searching the Internet I see alot of confusion on the topic Clearing browser or plugin cache is useless.

There are some mentions of the CDN.

Ideas?
