updates not working

    Hi,
    I’m using Godaddy and the updates are not working.
    I noticed in the configure screen I had 2 sections of Plug-in and Theme updates. One has green ovals with the switch on the right side. And another list of all the same plugins with red ovals and the switch to the left.

    Why are there 2 sets of the same settings, one set to on and the other off.

    Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

    This sounds like the problem may be that the plugin is not properly configured. I suggest looking through our wiki and checking out our YouTube channel so that you can get a better idea of how to configure the plugin.
