Updating WordPress crashed everything

    About 30 mins ago went to update WordPress and it has crashed everything.

    It has come up with the following message:
    “There has been a critical error on your website.
    Learn more about debugging in WordPress”.

    But I can’t open the site at all. No email has come through to say what the critical error is so I can’t start to debug as I don’t know what to do.

    Spoke to Fasthost but they can’t see any error messages either. Told me to wait for a bit but thought I would ask anyway.

    Help please.
