    I want to update wordpress to the version 3.3.1 Do I need to change anything or save any settings or it automatically done.

    It will make changes as needed. However, some plugins and themes may still not work. Ideally though, it should be a smooth transition. I updated mine about 4 days ago without incident and I use a fair amount of plugins.

    Hi Tim, Joy of Joys it turns out my server backs up every night, so no worries there. Do I need to turn off my plugin’s before updating?
    Being vey cheeky, do you have any knowledge of the GraphPaper Press Side Winder theme Tim?

    Nope, I don’t have any experience with that particular theme. You shouldn’t have to disable your plugins. It should update automatically barring any issues with the theme.
