    Hello,

I’m making a WP Plugin to convert Excel CSV format in order to fit the one required by Visualizer. I wonder if it’s possible to update an existing chart from my plugin, after the CSV file has been successfully converted. The goal is to simplify our customer’s file import, and thus, avoid to carry out several operations.
Is there any way to do this ? Maybe with an AJAX request or using one of Visualizer’s classes ?

By the way, I’m using Visualizer’s 3.4.11 free version on WP 5.6.2.

Thank you so much in advance.
    All the best,

    Hi @gerundio,

    Thank you for reaching out.

The developer version of Visualizer Pro has the online editor feature where you can edit the Excel data of your chart.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi @purplecodes ,

Thank you very much for your answer.

Actually, what I need is to update an existing chart from my plugin. For instance, the latter will format a customer’s CSV file in order to fit the format required by Visualizer. But instead of doing, first, the conversion, and second, go to the Visualizer’s interface to update the related chart, I’d like to do it directly from my plugin, in just one action.

Does that make sense? If this is not possible, would you have any suggestions to achieve this?

On the other hand, I have read in the documentation that a chart can be updated with data from an online file. Would the live option mean that, whenever I update the file, the chart will be updated in real-time automatically?

    Thank you in advance again.
    All the best,
