    I have been using Visualizer for several months and have been updating my charts on a regular basis. For some reason, the charts will no longer reload (i.e., Choose a file, and Import file) ! I keep getting the old data being displayed.

    Are you using the Pro version of the plugin? Automatic sync of the data to refresh the chart is available only with a PRO version of the plugin so please contact us via your members are:

    Hello @bvytis, I am having the same issue.
    A few months ago, the charts reloaded automatically but lately you have to close the chart and open it again to check if it is updated.
    Do we have to upgrade to developer version to have the feature we had with the basic version?

    What time interval did you set when you created the chart?
    Scheduled tasks in WordPress are triggered when a user visits your website. This means that if your website has low traffic, your scheduled tasks will not run – that is, the changes that you made on your chart will not reflect.
