    Hello! Do I need to use a web browser from a computer to edit the Ultimate Review plugin? I’m using a mobile browser, Safari, and after updating the plugin options my reviews don’t show what I’ve added to be viewed. Thank you!

    Hi,

    While all our plugins are responsive and work well with the mobile devices, we have noticed a very few issues with the Safari browser in the past. Could you try installing any other browser (like Chrome) on your mobile device and see if it makes a difference?

    Hello EWD,

    I tried Chrome as a mobile browser and have same results as Safari.

    Some issues I’m having include:
    – Categories are not appearing in the Submit Review function though I’ve set up parent and sub categories.
    – The simple stars and stars rating options have been selected and aren’t appearing on the Submit Review function.
    – I’ve created two reviews with Submit Review, and attached an image to both. One review shows the image attached while the other review didn’t. Do I have to edit reviews manually to fix when image upload fails? Does the review display options affect the image display, such as regular, extended, thumbnail, etc.? I’ve toggled between the seven display options in between writing the two test reviews.
    – What’s the intent with Rating Name and Review Name? Seems redundant?
    – I wish the Review text box was able to be sized larger. It’s tough to see long reviews while being written or copied into the box and trying to reformat.

    Could my use of a Theme be causing some of my Submit Review issues? I’m using the Dyad 2 theme currently.

    I’m really grateful for your plugin. It will be key in my business idea. Thank you for the support so far!

    Hi @irateapp,

    Perhaps these issues could be a theme related issue. Could you disable your theme and see if there a difference?

    Also, what device are you using and what is your site’s url?
