I have avoided updating this plugin for MONTHS because every time I do, I get this error:

Fatal error: Uncaught RuntimeException: Error while making 'tickets-plus.commerce.woo': Class tickets-plus.commerce.woo does not exist in /nas/content/live/workmansuccess/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/common/vendor/lucatume/di52/src/tad/DI52/Container.php:358 Stack trace:

I’m currently using WooCommerce and the plugin version is 5.0.2.

I’ve tried updating previous versions (5.1.0, 5.2.0, 5.2.4.1) of the plugin but they ALL break the site.

    Hi @mikejohnsondesign,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

I have some questions for you:

    1. Which version of WooCommerce are you on?
    2. Are you also using Event Tickets Plus?
    3. If I understand correctly you’re on Event Tickets version 5.2.0 and this is happening when you update to the latest version (5.3.0.1)?

    Best,
    Juan.

    1. Which version of WooCommerce are you on?
Currently on version 6.1.2 but this issue has existed no matter what version of WooCommerce I’m using.

    2. Are you also using Event Tickets Plus?
Yes, I’m using Plus and the current version is 4.12.1.

    3. If I understand correctly you’re on Event Tickets version 5.2.0 and this is happening when you update to the latest version (5.3.0.1)?
I’m currently on version 5.0.2 but have tried installing version 5.1.0, 5.2.0, and 5.2.4.1 but they all result in the same error.

    Hi @mikejohnsondesign,

Thanks for the follow-up and the information. Looks like you’re trying to update to previous versions:

Event Tickets Plus 4.12.1. Was released in May of 2020, 10 months ago.
Event Tickets 5.2.4.1 was released last february.

Can you please try using the latest versions of our plugins? They are:

Event Tickets 5.3.0.1. It was released on the 3rd of March, 11 days ago.
Event Tickets Plus 5.4.0. It was released the 24th of February.

We always recommend performing these tests on staging sites to avoid any problems on production sites.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Best,
    Juan.

    Hi again,

We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions!

    Best,
    Juan.
