Updating plugin problems on a multi-site

    I own the pro version and would like to update to the latest, but I’m having a technical problem.

    Our WordPress site is a multi-site (not set up by me) and although the plugin runs on mysite.com, the installation and updating of of plugins takes place on portal.mysite.com. Smart Slider sees this and refuses to install on portal.mysite.com.

    How should I handle this problem?
