    I have made updating to all my plugins and after that I have received an email from wordpress telling me ” that I have technical error and they send me a link to get access by recovery mode
    but unfortunately the password was not work
    And I try to change it from cpanel fro phpmyadmin but It does not work at all
    I do not know what to to do

    I can,t access my site dashboard

    they will help you out with your problem.

    No one at that email address can help anyone with their site. Please do not give that out again.
