updating plugins failed

After version 4.4.1 updated manually, I tried to update plugins but something was wrong, first step of updating Akismet (first plugin to update) was the only step done. Blog is under maintenance and when I try to visit it just the message “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute” appears (even after remove .manitenance file)

On dashboard, I can access to WordPress Updates page but when I try to access to installed plugins page the maintenance message appears again.
