Updating product data by csv

    Updating product data by csv and my sku’s and prices show up right after import but disappear if I leave the products list and go back to my product list. I’ve re imported the csv 5 times now with the same results. is there some secret save or update button I need to click?

    Hi there,

    You can update products by CSV as explained in this blog.

    If that does not work in your case, we’d like to take a better look at the issue, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Thanks.
