You need to use Google Spreadsheet as explained here or just upload/reupload your CSV file to dropbox/your site/etc and use its URL during chart creation.

I’m not using google drive, I got a server for the website. I can’t find my csv library used by visualizer to reupload the csv.
where is it located? 😉

The plugin stores data in the database. If you want to update the data for a chart, then you need to edit that chart and manually reupload it. Make sense or you need something else?

You can host it on your server and use its URL to enter it as remote CSV file. Just give it a try.
