Updraft Backup button is not working

    Hi,

    I want to backup my site but it is not happening. Because my in updraft plus plugin backup button is not working, but they show me that backup is available, and if I try to download the files from cpanal but their is no file exist in the updraft folder. So, is this possible that I get my files somewhere so that I can backup my site.

    Hi,

    Can you ensure your server has enough storage space for the backup files and also make sure to verify that the backup directory within UpdraftPlus settings is writable (permissions set to 755).

    You could also try to temporarily deactivate all other plugins? Does the issue persists if you do that?I just want to check if this is not due to cache or security plugin conflict.
