    I am trying to take backup with Updraft and want to save the backups to my Google Drive. I did the entire procedure twice. Updraft takes the backup smoothly but doesn’t send backup to Google drive. Assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
    This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
    If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager.

    Hi,

    It doesn’t look like Google Drive is selected for your scheduled backups.

    In the settings tab can you make sure Google Drive is selected (its is blue rather than grey`; https://snipboard.io/gufean.jpg

    Once you have selected it, goto the bottom of the page and click Save and then follow the onscreen instructions.
