Updraft Plus affecting wordpress theme

    I am a Layers user (layerswp.com) and my site was working fine until the day Updraft Plus was installed. After the installation, I was no longer able to edit or create new pages using the Layers theme. Whenever I attempt, I get the following message:

    Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/tgantiques/public_html/wp-content/themeslayerswp/core/customizer/registration.php on line 335

    Anyone got any ideas why this is happening? Or what I should do to fix this?

    Other than that, the front-end of the site is fine, I am just unable to update it.

    Hi,

    UpdraftPlus doesn’t hook into things on other plugins’/themes’ pages, so you’ll need to look elsewhere for the cause; but, if you’re not sure, just de-activate UpdraftPlus and see if that makes a difference.
