    Hi,

    It appears that the db.gz is an empty file. The log shows 0Mb. It is possible that the file is corrupted.

    Please can you re-download the file, upload it again and do another restoration. Please ensure that the db.gz is not empty or corrupted.

    Thanks for your response. I did re-download 2x but keep getting the same errors.

    Also this is a fairly new site, I haven’t even completed setting it up yet. Any thoughts on why this would happen and can you direct me on how to fix the db.gz so it is not empty? Again thanks so much for your help.

    To add to above I checked the files in CPanel and they were all ok. So it does not seem that the database is corrupted and it is not empty.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

    Could you please try using the latest version of UpdraftPlus and attempt a new restoration.

    Do you still get the same problem?
