This error is usually due to a server misconfiguration so unfortunately it would be necessary to show the error to your hosting company for them to investigate.

As a temporary workaround the following line:
define('UPDRAFTPLUS_IPV4_ONLY', true);
added after the opening line of your wp-config.php file may help if IPv6 networking has been enabled on the server but with a broken setup. Even so, it would be worth discussing this with your host.
