    I am getting the following error while saving the settings to connect a Dropbox account:
    updraft_send_command: error: UpdraftPlus: could not parse the JSON (502)

    Kindly advise.

    Hi,

    There could be a conflict between UpdraftPlus and other plugins you are using.

    Could you try to temporarily deactivate the other plugins and re-save settings? Do you still get the same issue?

    Try also using a different browser, see if that also makes a difference.

    I deactivated all other pluggin and the problem remain. I also tried it on another website using the same theme and the same problem appeared

    The usual cause of an HTTP 502 is a timeout in PHP-FPM. Can you consult your web hosting company to check if that is the case, and what they suggest? (What is the timeout? The default is 60 seconds in PHP-FPM; so the server would have to be hugely overloaded for that… so I suspect there is more to it, but the server admin is the person with the access to find out).
