UpdraftPlus admin page returns 404 error after installation

    Hello,

    After installing the UpdraftPlus plugin, I’m encountering an issue where every menu item inside the plugin returns a 404 Not Found error.

    Other plugins in my admin panel are working fine. However, when I click on any UpdraftPlus menu (e.g., Settings, Backup/Restore), I get redirected to a 404 page.

    Important notes:

    • I am using a custom admin URL (not the default /wp-admin).
    • My WordPress version and other plugins are all up-to-date.
    • PHP version is 8.0 (which I understand is supported).
    • .htaccess file may have been modified.

    Could you please advise what could be causing this issue and how I might fix it?

    Hi,

    Can you please re-install the plugin? You will need to delete the plugin folder in the “wp-content/plugins” folder. Then make sure to download fresh copy of the plugin here
