    Hello,
I have noticed that UpdraftPlus creates a folder during backup, especially during restore in Localwp that does not exist on the live website. As a result, after the restore in WordPress
this error appears on the plugin page :

Warning: file_get_contents(C:\Users\andi-\Local Sites\andilocal\app\public/wp-content/advanced-cache.php): Failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:\Users\andi-\Local Sites\andilocal\app\public\wp-includes\functions.php on line 6893

On the live website in the wp-content/ folder is the file “ advanced-cache.php ” which is correct.

    The following:
    1) I have created a backup on the live website
    2) Imported this backup with Restore in Localwp
    3) But this file is in :
    C:\Users\andi-\Local Sites\andilocal\app\public/wp-content/advanced-cache.php
but UpdraftPlus has created a folder in wp-content with the same name “advanced-cache.php” and in this folder is the correct file.

I deleted the folder and only the file “advanced-cache.php” in wp-content/
    and the error was fixed.

There seems to have been an error during backup and restore that should be fixed.

    Greetings
    Andi

    Apologies for the delay.

I did this test several times but always got the same results.

I do have an advanced-cache.php file after restoring but no folder

I would check that your caching plugin is not adding this file. The advanced-cache.php is soley to do with caching, UpdraftPlus does not use this or modify it in any way.
