UPDRAFTPLUS – never completes back-up and resumptions indicated

    Hi there, I have been having issues backing up my wordpress website via both UpdraftPlus and BackWPup.

    I’ve wiped the settings for UpdrafPlus, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and it still doesn’t complete.

    I’ve even tried downloading and running another plug-in BackWPup but it seems to be timing out as well.

    I’m wondering what the issue maybe? Could it be storage issues or PHP related? If it’s storage-related what do I need to do? Or if it’s PHP version related is that a server issue that needs to be resolved with host?

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    This is a problem that needs to be brought to the UpdraftPlus support community. You can do so here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/updraftplus/

    That said, based on my personal experience with the plugin I think that it is a server configuration conflict with the server that your site is being hosting on or it could possibly be a sub-par hosting plan.

    I hope this helps you get headed in the correct direction to finding a solution.
