Hi,
There could be another plugin that is causing a conflict.
To know which plugin, try deactivating the plugins one by one.

Thanks for your quick reply. In fact the button is available but outside of the window. Even when I extend it I can’t see it.

Thanks for the screenshot.
Have you tried deactivating plugins? Does that fix the issue?
If not, try switching to another theme or Twenty Twenty WordPress theme.
