Hi! I was looking through the error_log for my site and found these warnings:

[12-Aug-2020 00:16:56 UTC] PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/{mysite}/public_html/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/backup.php on line 2086
[12-Aug-2020 00:16:56 UTC] PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/{mysite}/public_html/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/backup.php on line 2091

We’re running the latest version of UpdraftPlus backup and I upgraded WordPress to version 5.5 a couple of days ago (8/11 I believe).

    We’re also running PHP 7.4.8.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

Hi! Sorry for the delayed response. I have the full backup log file saved and it’s 150kb in size. I can post it to an online service, but I prefer to keep full paths confidential, if at all possible. So, what’s the best option to get the log file to you?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

You can just replace all full paths if you want. You can do that with text editors.

Thanks for the information. So, that large file can/will result in the warning messages I posted above?

    Thanks!

    Peace…
