You don’t miss out old forms as long as you upgrade in the correct way.
I’ve tried to install the newest version but sistems says that the plugin exists and do nothing.

I’ve uploaded the new version to wordpress. then it said the pluggin was already installed.
How have I to install/update it correctly?
Simply update them from Dashboard > Updates.
Ok, I’ve tried this as a first option but, in the upgrade pulgin list, doesn’t appears the CF7.
The issue is I can’t choose the upgrade in the dashboard.
Can you find Contact Form 7 in Plugins > Installed Plugins?

Can you find contact-form-7 folder just under the wp-content/plugins directory?
Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme, then try upgrading Contact Form 7 again.
