When you update to the new version, you have to reconfigure all of your settings. That being said, they did something that stops the hyperlinks from being the same color as any other hyperlinks, which was not the case in 3.7.2.
I think they moved this into a premium option, which is kind of silly for what would be a default feature. Just let my hyperlinks be the same color as my theme dictates for any other link, just as it used to be in 3.7.2.

Thank you for the feedback! This was a huge, complex and long due update, part of the process of better aligning Pro versions with free, which will allow us to ship bugfixes and updates much more often to the free product.
Part of the features allowing for basic modifications of the tooltip were removed accidentally from the new version and we’ll add them back to the free version in the next release. So we’re sorry for the inconvenience.
