I ran the plugin upgrade today for Appointment Calendar 2.6.3. Afterwards I lost the ability to select a future date on the popup calendar after hitting the Schedule button. It look like part of the popup screen is chopped at the bottom as well. The other odd thing was that I deactivated/deleted the files for the plugin and re-installed it to see if that would resolve the problem…but it did not. The Time Off settings were still there after the re-install, so I do not think I got a clean reinstall?

I am using the free version, but may want to upgrade to premium at some point if I can make sure the calendar selection works properly and use initially on the free version.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi Kely,

Could you share site link with us or any snap where you getting this issue?

    Thanks

    Hi Frank,

Here is the link to the appointment calendar in the website:

    http://beta.naturalcookery.com.mytempweb.com/snc-appointment-calendar/

If you click into the Schedule Appointment button at the top, you should see the issue. Notice the bottom edge of the scheduling calendar is cropped off and it does not allow you to select any dates from the calendar.

This is our beta/development version of our new website. We are looking to launch the new website sometime over the next couple of weeks.

Also I’m interested in your thoughts as to the amount of time it takes to display the initial calendar from the link provided. Is that typical?

Let me know if you need more information or need access to the administration of the website.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Kelly,

We are unable to lactate appointment calendar at given URL.

We found some js errors on page.
    Check Snap here.

    Thanks

The appointment calendar does come up at the URL above, however, it does take quite a long time for it to appear (interested if that is normal or what the response time delay might be as well).

The date picking from the schedule calendar was working before I upgraded to the 2.6.3 release. I’ve tried deleting and then re-adding the plug-in several times but no luck.

Snap of the pick calendar screen where I see the problem here

The date pick works fine in the appointment calendar inside the WP Admin, but not when I embed the shortcode in a page.

I took a look at the Check Snap jS errors but am not familiar enough to know how to resolve/know if that is the issue. Can you help me understand how best to resolve if it is a theme conflict?

If it might be a problem introduced with the latest version, is it possible to get a link to download the older version to verify?

We are ready to launch our new website and would like to find a resolution to the appointment calendar problem we are having as soon as possible. Any suggestions/help is greatly appreciated. If it is possible to go back a version or two to see if it resolves the immediate problem that would be fantastic. Thank you for your help!

Okay, I found an older version that I downloaded for the initial appointment calendar v2.6.1. It was working and is no longer working when I remove v2.6.3 and re-install v2.6.1. Same problem with the calendar getting cropped off and the date picking function not working.

I’ve re-installed v2.6.3 but stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We need to resolve the issue, or start from scratch looking for something else.

    HI Kelly,

There is a CSS conflict with the theme which is results in calendar getting cropped. Can you tell which theme you are using?

I will install and test it at our end.

    Hi Ankit,

Thank you for your help with this! We are using the Avada theme by Themefusion. I am attaching a snap of the theme admin page as well as a complete snap of the appointment calendar screen where we are seeing the cropping and date pick issues.

    Hi Ankit,

Can you give me an idea of how long it might be before you can take a look at the CSS conflict to see if it resolves the date picking issue? We are ready to launch our website live (hopefully this weekend) and I need to decide a strategy. Thanks for your help!
